I hold a BFA from UNC-CH in drawing and painting, and have been a professional woodworker since 2008. I have been making music in some manner for 3 decades, be it walloping the drums or strumming guitar, writing and singing songs. 

I am deeply interested and invested in the human experience. How we sit, how we look, how we listen, how we persist. There are multitudes of possible experiences of this life, this place and time, our perspectives are expansive and infinite. Still and again, we are transient, we are foolish, we are loving and strange. From here, my work sprouts—a singular channel of expression in a broader existence amongst a panoply of voices. It is my deepest hope for us to reciprocate, to work together, to hold the sacred presence of this moment—and in doing so, eschewing any systems, lords and laws that might attempt to diffuse our deep and necessary bonds.
